All Crystal Representatives undergo a selection and training programme prior to being accepted in the vital role of ensuring you have a wonderful holiday. They are there, first and foremost, to make sure your holiday runs smoothly from start to finish. Our team is always on hand with help and advice about your resort and many countries also have a "manned" office.

Crystal Ski Escorts

"Getting the most out of the mountains" Your Crystal Ski or Snowboard Escort is there to help you to get to know the area. They will have good all-round knowledge of the resort and at our pre-season training course will undergo basic training in mountain safety, as well as group leadership.

Our service is offered on a recreational and social basis, as an opportunity for our customers to ski or snowboard with a group of like-minded people. We do not provide instruction - if you require lessons or the services of a professional local mountain guide, you must book this through the local ski school.

This service is available at least 3 days a week in France and Austria and at least 2 days a week in other countries. Days of operation for different standards of skiing or riding ability boarders will be advised at the beginning of your holiday. Places for escorted groups are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, provided your standard allows you to keep pace with the rest of the group.
